chaos. Your employees and even some clients or customers may not like
the changes. But you must be able to stay focused on the long-term goals
and vision of the business.
Far too many people want the rewards before the work is done. Life simply
does not work that way. You must put forth the effort before you reap
the rewards. And there will always be some bumps along the road. If
you are not fully committed to seeing things through, you will give up
after the first bump or two.
